updates log

01.08.24 created the site and started learning html
02.08.24 updated some text info and learned how to make titles and headers
10.08.24 learned how to add dividers, code comments (there may be a hidden riddle there... who knows?) and add a pop of color! (not ccs yet tho!)
11.08.24 lerned how to add spaces without starting a new paragraph, and how to add hyperlinks
12.08.24 learned how to add images and made a site banner!
15.08.24 learned more html. added bullet points to the "to do list" and a cute cursor from here!!!
27.08.24 been learning more html. also dipped my toes in the ccs lake... (do you say that you dipped your toes or dipped your feet in water?)
29.08.24 actually fixed the ccs code! trying to find a cool font that is also easy to read
30.08.24 changed the cursor! (from here) to make more contrast with the background
07.09.24 made a welcome page! just text for now tho... (also, still learning html!)
14.09.24 finally started to learn properly css. also, is my idea or it takes some time to actually apply css styles on here?
15.09.24 played around changing colors and fonts!
16.09.24 added a "sorry we are just building this place" pic for the welcome page. it turned out very cool!!
19.09.24 learned the @font-face rule! "@font-face declaration doesn't follow the the fontspring bulletproof syntax..." ugh
20.09.24 it seems there is a new shed around the garden...
26.09.24 tested background sizes on paper
27.90.24 changed some fonts because you just couldn't understand them from afar and from mobile view ugh
06.10.24 added a credits section in the shed!
02.11.24 separated the different sections from the homepage (until now we have the gazebo, the maze and the shed)
04.11.24 finally added the garden background made by me! it took several tries, since it has been a while since i did some arts... the main pieces are made by me irl using a scrapbook style of mixing and matching old color papers and magazines i had and then scanning the final result. the details were added in picsart with free pngs i found on the web (credits to be added!)
